Shipping, Order Tracking Delivery

What is Wear Equal’s Shipping Policy?
We strive to deliver products purchased from Wear Equal in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. For all the purchases of Rs. 1599* or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs. 59 will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 1599.

  1. If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.
  2. You cannot return an order delivered to you, since all orders are prepaid. We do not have a mechanism of refunds after delivery at the moment.
  3. *Order value is calculated after applying discounts/VAT/GST or any other applicable charges.

How do I Track/ Check the status of my order?
You will receive an SMS and e-mail on your registered e-mail address and phone number upon Order Confirmation and Processing. The order will be dispatched within 24 hours and you will receive another SMS and e-mail with your dispatch number with a link. You can click this link to track your order. How can I check if Wear Equal delivers to my PIN Code/ What is Wear Equal’s Guaranteed Shipping Policy?
Wear Equal delivers products by courier partners who have pan-India coverage. Thus, shipping is done all over India on all pin-codes. This is part of the Guaranteed Shipping Policy. However, if in doubt, you can find out if Wear Equal delivers to your PIN Code by writing an e-mail to wewearequal@gmail.com

How are orders placed on Wear Equal delivered to me?
All orders placed are dispatched through our courier partners.

Does Wear Equal deliver products outside India?
No. At this point, Wear Equal delivers products only within India.

How can I get my order delivered faster?
Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In future, if we are offering such service and your area pincode is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end.

I have received a partial item/partial order or an Untenanted/Void packet?

Kindly reach out to us at wewearequal@gmail.com for pilferage within 48 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained. Whilst we investigate, request you to please make note of the below pointers: Please do not use the item for which claim is being raised. You may be required to information’s like, short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario) The snapshots of the packet and other boxes (If any) (Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the Users The refund for prepaid orders will be done after the investigation You may not be liable for a refund, if he/she falls in any of the scenarios stated below: Failure to provide adequate information about the case. Failure to provide snapshots of the packet and box(if any) If a pilferage delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made the same day. You must not dispose of the packaging for 3 - 4 days post - delivery. We might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end. You have used the item for which claim was raised. In case of a component missing from a multi-component item, the missing item will be replenished basis availability, serviceability and product type

Cancellations and Modifications

What is Wear Equal's Cancellation Policy? How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order by writing to us at wewearequal@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by updating us! Please send a mail to wewearequal@gmail.com with a subject line of “Change in Delivery Address”

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation. You can directly contact us by writing to us at wewearequal@gmail.com

E-mail verification policy

What is Wear Equal's E-mail verification policy?
Wear Equal verifies the email addresses to ensure important communication about orders and shipments are reaching our customers. Email addresses that have an invalid domain, no mail server, or no mail box, fail the verification processes set by Wear Equal and Wear Equal reserves the right to cancel an order placed from such accounts that fail the email verification process. This is to ensure that few accounts abuse our liberal policies. Therefore, please ensure that the details you provide us are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided while registering.

No Return & Exchange policy

Can I return/exchange a product after receiving/trying it?
Wear Equal does not offer a return and exchange service to its customers since the products sold by Wear Equal i.e. underwear is a sanitary lifestyle product. Therefore, to maintain the standard of hygiene of all products transacted on Wear Equal, a product once used (even for one time) cannot be exchanged or returned to Wear Equal by the customer. We, therefore, urge all our customers to see the size chart and product specifications before purchase. However, in case of any fit or other issues with the product, you can write a customer feedback to us at wewearequal@gmail.com , we are always focused on improving the Wear Equal experience of all our customers.

Privacy Policy

Is the information I provide to Wear Equal about me kept confidential?
The Privacy Policy describes what happens to the information which you provide us with, where the information is personal data (i.e.) data which can be used to identify you, for example, your name and address. We may collect information about you for 2 reasons: Firstly, to process your order and secondly, to contact you in the event of any queries. The type of information we will collect about you if you place an order with us includes:

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. We reserve the right to store shopping pattern data in order to provide better service to our customers. Further, Wear Equal is committed to preserving the privacy of all visitors to our website.
